B2B FOOD WASTE RECYCLING
B2B Food Waste Recycling
Procedure
Recycling procedure
From collection to conversion — four steps.
1. Collection & sorting
We collect food waste from supermarkets, wet markets, hotels, and restaurants, then separate edible surplus from non-edible food waste.
2. Surplus redistribution
Edible surplus is cooked into hot meals or redistributed to people in need — using resources well, reducing poverty and waste at once.
3. Depackaging
We depack expired or inedible food (glass jars, cans, plastic bottles), empty the contents, drain sauces, and process properly.
4. Conversion to energy
Food waste is transported to O·PARK 1 (Siu Ho Wan Organic Resources Recovery Centre) or other processing facilities, where it is converted into renewable energy and organic soil conditioner.
