FFG's exhibitions bring food waste reduction, mindful consumption, and sustainable living into malls, schools, and public venues — turning abstract ideas into something participants can touch, smell, and try for themselves. Each exhibition features interactive panels, real-world case studies, and a live rescue kitchen demo where visitors transform so-called ugly produce into dishes they can taste. The team customises each installation to the host venue and has staged exhibitions in shopping malls, community centres, school halls, and environmental fairs. After each run the team writes up visitor feedback and shares an extension-activity brief with the host so the conversation keeps spreading through the partner's own channels.
