Food For Good received an entire shipping container of potatoes — but unfortunately, when the container doors were opened, every single potato had sprouted and was no longer edible!

But not to worry — the FFG Recycling Centre can properly process unexpired or even expired food. The entire container of potatoes was ultimately transported to the government’s Organic Resources Recovery Centre (O·PARK 1), where they were converted into renewable energy and organic soil conditioner.
