"Food For Good" was invited to attend a sharing meeting with members of the construction industry on 19 July, 2013. Prof. Lam Kin-che, SBS, JP, Adviser of Food For Good hosted a talk about the environment, food and food cherishing. Professor Lam mentioned the cause and effect of climate change. He said that it would be hard to ensure a stable supply of food and maintain the principle of sustainable development at the same time. He said that it would be best for people to cherish food and reduce wastage. Professor Lam hoped that everybody would cherish food.
