"Food For Good" delivered a talk for "Hong Kong Federation of Restaurants & Related Trades" on 18 July, 2013. The vision of Food For Good and the problem of food waste in Hong Kong were introduced. The trade was encouraged to give surplus food to food banks or community kitchens, so that less surplus food would accumulate. It is hoped that people in Hong Kong cherish food.
