“54th HKBPE” was held at Victoria Park in Causeway Bay from 10 -31 December 2019. “Food For Good” organized “Caring Chef” at the expo. We were honoured to have invited celebrities and renowned chefs to demonstrate how to prepare delicious dishes using leftover food. We shared with the public information about green dining. We also conducted food waste recycling. Food waste were collected from exhibitors and put inside a food waste processor for conversion to compost. The compost produced was distributed for free to the public for planting.
