"Food Expo 2019" was held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from 15 to 19 August 2019. “Food For Good” participated and promoted green dining culture during the exhibition. We also collected food waste from exhibitors and converted the waste to organic compost on-site. Compost was given to visitors as well. We also invited renowned chefs to demonstrate how to prepare delicious dishes using leftover food.
