"51st HKBPE" was held at Victoria Park in Causeway Bay from 10 December, 2016 to 2 January, 2017. "Food For Good" organized "Caring Chef" at 51st HKBPE. We were honoured to have invited celebrities and renowned chefs to demonstrate how to prepare delicious dishes using leftover food. We also conducted food waste recycling. Food waste were collected from exhibitors and put inside a food waste processor for conversion to compost for planting. We would like to thank the celebrities, renowned chefs, organizer, exhibitors, people managing the booth, volunteers and everybody for the support.
