"50th HKBPE" was held at Victoria Park in Causeway Bay from 12 December, 2015 to 4 January, 2016. "Food For Good" organized "Caring Chef" at 50th HKBPE. We were honoured to have invited celebrities and renowned chefs to demonstrate how to prepare delicious dishes using leftover food. We also set up a booth and promoted green information to visitors through games and display boards. Food For Good conducted food waste recycling. Food waste was collected from exhibitors and converted to compost for citizens to use when planting. We would like to thank the celebrities, renowned chefs, organizer, exhibitors, people managing the booth, volunteers and everybody for the support.
