"The 7th Hong Kong Food Carnival 2018" was held at Kwai Chung Sport Ground N.T. from 27 October to 4 November, 2018. “Food For Good” promoted green dining culture during the carnival. We also collected food waste from exhibitors and converted the waste to organic compost on-site. Compost was given to visitors as well. We would like to thank the organizer, exhibitors, people managing the booths, volunteers and others for their support.
